Questions
- Is there a free trial?
- Pay per sale has no monthly fee, so you can set your shop up, add products and only pay when something sells.
- Can I change plan later?
- Yes. Move between the two plans from Settings > Plan whenever you like. The change takes effect from your next statement.
- Are there any other fees?
- No. Your payment provider (Stripe or PayPal) charges its own fee on each payment, as it would anywhere. Shopmorphic adds nothing else: no app fees, no theme fees, no transaction percentage.
- Do I need a Stripe or PayPal account?
- Yes, at least one. Payments go straight from your customer to your own account. Shopmorphic never holds your money and never sees card details.
- What about VAT?
- Prices on this page are shown without VAT. VAT is added on your statement where it applies.
